Dumisani holds an MBChB (Natal), a Master’s in Public Health (Wits), and a Master of Business Administration (GIBS). He has extensive experience in public and private health in the areas of clinical service, management, and policy analysis. He was head of Health Policy and Public Affairs at the South African Medical Association (SAMA) and was Chairman of the Ministerial Advisory Committee on Health Technology. He is unaligned with any hospital group.
