Mande currently oversees the overall day-to-day management of Netcare Emergency Trauma Transplant, CSI and Disaster Management. She is also a Director of the Netcare Foundation NPO FBO, Director and Secretary of the Emergency Medicine Society of SA and Treasurer of the South African Transplant Society of SA (SATS). Her qualifications include, among others, Dip General Nursing, Dip Midwifery (Honors), Dip Paediatric Nursing Science (Honors), MSC Master of Science in Medicine (Emergency Medicine) and Fellow of the Emergency Medicine Society of South Africa (fEMSSA) and the Academy of Nursing of South Africa (fANSA).
