Dr Nceba Ndzwayiba (Netcare Alternate Director)

Dr Nceba Ndzwayiba is Alternate Director: Human Resources and Transformation for Netcare, where he sits on the Executive Committee. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) from Wits University and a Masters in Human Resource Development from the University of Johannesburg. He has also studied at Universities of Potchefstroom and South Africa. He has gained extensive experience in human resource development through stints in various economic sectors, including hospitality, aviation, private healthcare and education and at Parliament. He is a board member of the Health and Welfare SETA and is an Advisory Committee member of the University of the Witwatersrand’s Centre for Diversity.
