Amrita Raniga has cultivated a career spanning 15 years in the private healthcare sector, currently serving as the Health Policy Manager at Life Healthcare (SA). Equipped with a BSc degree in Biomedicine, an International Masters in Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics, and a GIBS Senior Management Development Programme, Amrita is concurrently pursuing a BCom degree in Law.
With a notable 7-year tenure at Discovery Health, she spent the majority of her time contributing to the Strategic Risk Management Division, navigating various risk streams. The latter half of her professional journey has been dedicated to Life Healthcare, where she had taken on the pivotal role of Health Policy Manager. Over the past year, she has also broadened her responsibilities into the Funder Relations division.
